Massage a small amount onto clean, slightly damp body skin after bathing. Allow to absorb before dressing.

Full Ingredients: Prunus amygdalus dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Sclerocarya birrea (Marula) Oil, Citrullus lanatus (Kalahari Melon) Seed Oil, Adansonia digitata (Baobab) Oil, Helichrysum gymnocephalum Oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pelargonium graveolens (Rose Geranium) Oil, Boswellia carterii (Frankincense) Oil.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store away from direct sunlight.

Shipping

Dispatch. Every order is packed by hand in Wilderness on the Garden Route and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Delivery in South Africa. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Main centres are typically quicker; outlying and rural areas can take longer.

Delivery fees in South Africa. Delivery is free on orders of R650 or more. Orders under R650 have a standard courier fee of R99.

International orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers in Europe can also order from our European store at le-naturel.eu.

Address details. Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll correct it before dispatch where we can.

Delays. Courier delays outside our control can happen, especially in peak seasons and over public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.

Return policy

Returns. You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, it must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to return an item. Email info@lenaturel.co.za with your order number before sending anything. We will reply with the return address and next steps. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +27 (0)60 526 5307.

Refunds. Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds. If your refund has not appeared, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or card provider, as processing can take a few days. If you still have not received it, email info@lenaturel.co.za.

Sale items. Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or defective items. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email info@lenaturel.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it.

Return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item, and this cost is non-refundable. Delivery times for replacement items vary by location.
